IQFeed does not connect properly

Hello,

thank you for all the work your doing down there, honestly.
Well, my IQfeed account sometimes connect and sometimes it does not.
I have noticed that, if the IQFeed connection is already open on NT7, NT8 connects to IQFeed always.

May you help me on this issue ?

What version of the IQFeed Client Software are you experiencing this with? The supported version in NT7 is 5.1.0.5, though NT8 should be able to use the latest version of the IQFeed Client Software.

Hello Alex.

I am using the latest version of the IQFeed client which is the version 5.1.3.1 (the one you can download here http://www.iqfeed.net/index.cfm?disp...ction=download).

Yes, I can confirm that the same 5.1.3.1 version starts correctly in NT7 but it does not start in NT8, I think the issue may lie into the fact that NT8 uses one thread for the connection.

Please, I have just e-mailed you my trace file for this issue: at the very end of it you could read this:

2015-08-04 00:12:54:069 ERROR: IQFeed.Adapter.MessageLoopAdmin msg='S,STATS,,,500,0,1,5,0,0,,,Not Connected,5.1.3.1,417351,0,0,,0.20,0.05,,': Thread interrotto.

"Thread interrotto" in italian means "thread stopped".
