Chart Tab name

Currently the chart tab name is set as default to @INSTRUMENT_FULL . It would be useful if the tab name included the timeframe as well e.g., ES 09-15 Day. Can you add this as a feature request. In the meantime, can you tell me the field name for the timeperiod so that I can add it to my own tab names. Is it something like @TIMEPERIOD. I will then change the tab name to @INSTRUMENT_FULL @TIMEPERIOD and then create new tabs using your tab copy facility.

Thank you for writing in. I have sent in a feature request on your behalf to have the tab names default to show both the instrument and the period type (ex. "Day"). If you need to access the period when naming your tabs, please use @PERIOD (which will return the period type and period value in the following format ex: "1 minute").

We do not have documentation on each of these yet, but here are a few other variables that can be used in chart tabs:

@INSTRUMENT_ALL - Display names of all instruments on the chart
@INSTRUMENT_FULL
@INSTRUMENT_FULL_ALL

@DATASERIES - Display instrument and period together
