Misaligned Panels/Chart

I built a chart with two panels and upon unchecking the visible button the of the TickCounter Indicator on the 3rd panel, the 3rd panel jumps(squeezes) to the top. rechecking the button bring the charts/panels back to its original order. Uncheck the visible button of other indicators in other panels causes everything to disappear which doesn't reappear unless NT is restarted.

I have thus far been unable to duplicate this.

Can you send your log, trace, and workspace files in to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com for further investigation? Additionally, if you can, could you send in a copy of the pictured FTclrD8 indicator?
