Be able to close any window by ESCAPE

I noticed that not all windows can be close with the ESCAPE button. For example, under Tools > Risk and Tools > Commissions do not react to a pressing of the ESCAPE button. Most other windows do close on pressing ESCAPE.

Would be nice if any window, at any time, can be closed with the ESCAPE button.

By design, modal windows will close by pressing the Esc button, but non-modal windows will not. As the Commissions window (and it looks like the Risk window as well) are modal, they should be closing via the use of the Esc key. I will report this to the development team. Thanks for your report.
