CFD's Not working with FXCM

Seems I cannot get any of the CFD's to work while connected to FXCM. All forex data seems to be working without a problem. When I try to add instruments to an existing chart such as GER30, I get a message saying invalid instrument.

When I add GER30 through data series window, I just get a blank screen and no data.

Can you please assist?

I have been unable to replicate this on my end using our test account. Since there's likely something at play with your specific installation, I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20150720.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8> Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20150720.txt"
