Bid Ask Chart without data

I am connected to Rithmic. I cannot open a chart with price based on bid nor ask. The chart is showed empty.

(In NT7 works fine so is not a connection or datafeed issue).

So I may further test your account connection on my end, can you please send me your configuration file?
