I many time test European ECN with direct route ticker, and what I see.

One time I open chart and chart work correct, I change resolution on chart, and chart freeze and not updated.

Other time I open chart, history data download, and chart freeze and not updated.

Next time I open chart and chart updated normal.

WTF?

I test send order, order correct send in direct route ticker exchange.

Where problem ? Accidentally I open Order Entry and not understand, what display in bid/ask.

Ninja simple subscribe not on direct route ticker, but on the | SMART

What we have, not correct Bid/Ask for current direct route exchange, not correct Chart's if I not subscribed on some exchange from SMART list current ticker.

As I understand it applies to all, who work with direct route ticker and exchange.

If I create ticker with direct route exchange, may be I want work with this exchange, but not with your incomplete list exchange from Instruments...

For me this CRITICAL BUGS from NT7 and now in NT8

If you want elementary fix it, create in Instruments -> " directroute " Exchange, and not substitutes in IB adapter for this ticker exchange, History data, RT Market data only for current this ticker and from current direct exchange.

I all time use only direct route ticker for US EU exchange, and as you know, have you there will never be a complete list of Exchanges and ECN.

That not to torment for you and traders with exchange routing and data.

Of course if it is a working variant, I dont know how detect ticker, for example US volume in lot, EU in stock's

We've discussed and researched the possibility of enhancing support for direct stock routing through Interactive Brokers. Ultimately we had to move on at the time of development to focus items which we feel have a high priority in regards to our active user base. We have no immediate plans to enhance NinjaTrader 8 in this area. However, improvement in this area is on a long list of enhancements to revisit as we venture more into supporting stocks in general down the road.
