Chart Properties Not Applied When Loading Template

Steps to reproduce:

a) turn off tabs or any setting under the chart setting dialog

b) save as template

c) create new chart and apply template

d) data series setting will be applied, but the chart settings will load but not be applied. When you open the chart settings and press the ok dialog it will then be applied.
