Market Analyzer Errors

I am not able to get update "Last prices" in the pre-market for the stocks listed in the picture. I have removed default and then added them back. The data streams during the open of the RTH of the exchanges but up until then there is no data. I have the subscriptions.

When this occurs are you only connected to IB within NinjaTrader?

Also can you tell me if you receive pre-market data within TWS when these instruments are selected?

Yes. I connect to Kinetick 1st and then IB. I have pre-market data streaming and also have all the subscriptions to the instuments in the market analyzer in both Kinetick and IB.

I will test this afternoon after the markets have closed to see if I can reproduce this behavior on my end and will follow up as soon as I gather additional information.

I was able to reproduce this on my end as well and have submitted this to our development team for further investigation.

I tried to place a market order pre-market to see what would happen and this is the error I got. For you info...no need to reply.

Unfortunately I was unable to open your screen shot. Can you tell me what the error was that you received pre-market.
