Unfriendly Import NinjaScript Dialog NT8.0.0.2

The Import NinjaScript dialog seems very primitive and a bit unfriendly. Navigation is difficult and long file names can't be seen.

And BTW the dialog doesn't remember the last-selected directory as it did in NT7. In NT8 it always reverts to C:\Users\Dale\Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom

Thanks for the video - we will be making changes to this UI feature in the very near future. This request can be tracked using SFT-41

For now, in your video, you do not need to type the file path, you can use the "..." folder which will move you to the parent directory.

Thanks, Matthew. I've been wondering what it means when you say "This request can be tracked using SFT-41"? Is there a tracking database or something (e.g. JIRA or Bugzilla), somewhere, accessible to us? Or does it mean I would/could/should email you someday and ask about SFT-41?

There is not a public database, but bugs/features that make it into the product will be listed with that reference number in our release notes.

You can also email us/make a post on the forum if you'd like to check in on the status of an outstanding item.
