Improve Visibility of Popup

When closing NT8B2, the popup to Save Workspace appears, as it should. However, the pop title bar with the "Save Workspace" title is grey font on black background in the Dark Skin. The popup is not easily discernable in a melee of windows. Can the title area be highlighted in red, as with other windows, please?

And in general, can any and all windows, be they "major" windows or "minor" popups or anything in-between, be formatted likewise, please? I suspect this is the intention of the NT8 Team, but it may be worth a thorough check to ensure they all are.

I understand this may be a work-in-progress or low priority, but just a further observation that in Beta3, this still applies to many windows, notably nearly all windows that result from menu items in the Control Center menus. Thanks.

Feature request SFT-451 has not been implemented. It is up to our development to decide if and when a request will be implemented and this may still be implemented in a future version of NinjaTrader 8.
