Blank Forex Chart

Attached is an image of five charts of different timeframes linked by Instrument. The 60 minute chart is blank. I have seen the same behaviour on the 15 minute chart and with different instruments. The connection is to NinjaTrader FXCM. Same connection with lots more charts in NT7 does not have this issue.

Hi jeronymite,

Do you see any errors in the log tab of the Control Center?

If you right-click and reload the chart, does this correct the chart?

Does that chart use the same end date as the other charts?

Was this chart opened as a 60 minute chart before it was linked? Was it blank before it was linked?

No errors in the log tab.

Yes, data reloads and the chart looks normal.

You asked: Does that chart use the same end date as the other charts?
Yes, all charts were created identically with only different timeframes.

You asked: Was this chart opened as a 60 minute chart before it was linked?
Yes. All charts are in my saved Workspace and have been created and linked without change for many cycles of using NT8.

You asked: Was it blank before it was linked?
No.
