TimeBar without seconds (sometimes)

Hello,

this came on a range chart.

Sometimes the seconds appear and sometimes not.

However, every bar has enough width to display the seconds.

The images are the same chart, I just moved one bar to the right and appeared seconds.

I am seeing missing X axis stamps altogether. These bars all have different time stamps but some are missing in action on the axis.

Edit: If I make the bars very wide I do get all the axis stamps but missing the seconds. In the picture you can see there seems to be enough room for the stamps even with seconds but there is nothing even without the seconds.

Edit 2: If the bars are stretched extremely wide the seconds appear but with large empty gaps between.

Edit 3: Seems NT7 works the same way. Maybe the width of text could be more accurately calculated (SizeF).
