ERROR: Connection to HDS server lost

I am starting to see this error a lot!

It seems to be disastrous to the functioning of the Charting at the least.

Do we know what cause the HDS server lost issue: It seems to be related to my NTBroker connection. I haven't figure out anything in particular that causes the issue. I tend to use "Tick Replay" most of the time so I don't know if that is part of the cause.

Hello NJA_MC,

Thank you for your post.

Throughout the Log are you seeing intermittent connections, such as several disconnects and re-connects?

Are you running NinjaTrader 7 at the same time, and if so do you see the same disconnects in NinjaTrader 7?

I am not using NT7 with it, don't think I can have 2 connections open.

This tends to be a Terminal error that forces me to stop and restart NT8 so I really don't know if it is intermittent. I don't think it reconnects as I have left the chart open for hours afterwards and not update occurs. Seems like something internally has crashed.
