Cosmetic HotKey Shortcut's Missing

Hello,

Great job with NT8.

Hotkeys for the following drawing tools do not show in the menu even though they are set in the hotkey manager:
- Risk vs Reward
- Region highlight x
- Region highlight y

As well, when custom draw tools are added and hot keys are assigned they do not show up in the drawing tools menu.
