Apply Button grayed when Indicator Template loaded

1. When I load an indicator template, the Apply button should be active. It is when a single value was changed.
2. When I change a Fibonacci level property in the sub-dialog, the Apply button is available but no change in the chart. When I hit the Apply button on the parent dialog, the change will apply.
