    Connection Issues

    Hi,

    I have just installed the beta 8.0.0.2. I created connections for TDAmeritrade and MBTrading. Neither of them connect, they just hang. I just tried it on a second computer with the same results. I don't have antivirus or a firewall running.

    Any ideas?

    Ditto for me connecting to TDA today (Saturday). It stays forever in "Connecting" status. I haven't tried (yet) connecting to TDA during trading hours.

      My NT Brokerage Continuum and my Stage 5 Continuum accounts both connect but my DTNIQ does not connect (Login Failed)

      Also I notice that it does not allow live trading whereas earlier it did, is this by design were live trading to locked out or should it work?

            I just tried beta 8.0.0.3. with the same results. I still haven't been able to get any connections with any of the betas.

              Thank you for your update on this matter.

              Can you send over your configuration file for NinjaTrader 8 to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and reference this thread?

              You will find the configuration under (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 8, the file will be named Config.xml.
