Backtest Account

In NT7 it seems backtests were run under an account called "Backtest".

This meant that I could insert backtest-only logic by doing an if(Account.Name == "Backtest"). This was also good as the Backtest account was not usable/selectable (unlike Sim101).

In NT8 it seems that that account "Backtest" exists, but isn't used. Are there plans to use this account again for backtests in future releases, or will it be Sim101 only from now on?

B2 will see a fix in #8269 where the Strategy Analyzer Account.Name will be Backtest like NinjaTrader 7
