Multiple output windows

It's great that strategies now have two Output windows. Thanks.

Properties should allow one to change the tab name of the windows, perhaps?

How does one create any number of additional Output windows in NinjaScript? If it is not supported, it would be excellent if it were made so.

Also, please make creating and using multiple RichTextBox Output windows supported in NinjaScript too.

We currently limited it to 2 output windows currently without the ability to add dynamically unfortunately. Added to the list for review with # 378.
