OnRender exceptions popups

If there is an exception inside OnRender - NT8 will flood you with thousands of popup windows like in my case:
"Unhandled exception: Object reference not set to an instance of and object"
The only way to stop it is to shut down NT - unless you have a lot of free time on your hands to close them all
One popup window would be sufficient to inform about the exception - the remaining ones could be just logged if necessary.

Just to clarify - I experienced this while working on Chart Style - haven't tested in other places, but I assume it would be similar.

Seems like this issue was affecting Chart Styles only.

Ticket created NTEIGHT-8204. And fixed.
