Why do you not implement telerik analytics or something for this test version so you can intercept and get information people do not report to you>?
or use injection with the one in Visual Studio etc?
or write your own...
its incredbily easy to do that with web api and WCF these days ....????
or use a seperate module to file/folder watch the log file/ trace file and scan for errors then send them back to you? thats also easy for a team of your capability
seems you are not leveraging the tech to do exception reporting...
depending on people to send in error reports is a gamble
so why not also do timing and user tracking with CEIP program to see what is a waste of time and what is used and how....
surely you want to know if all the awesome features you have provided are being used etc... :-)
