Attach in strategies

Straight from the webinar writing it down so I don't forget - it would be really nice if the attach functionality (as in DOM or ChartTrader) would be available in the strategies as well, eg. AttachStopLoss(Series<T> series), AttachProfitTarget(Series<T> series). This would be great especially for beginners.

I spend a lot of time trying to get this to work in LOM, but would love to have it replaced by something built into NT8!

We thought about this when we specced the feature but figured we would let user demand come in to influence adding that feature. Good to know you guys are looking for that will make sure its on the suggestion list and will look into it likely after we get production release out.
