add code signing support for NinjaTrader compiler Export
sign the dlls before adding to zip

can you add this step perhaps - post compile -pre archive

Years back we did extended research on the pros and cons of code signing and came to the conclusion that the way for us is to not sign the assemblies (I'm aware that the community has split opinion on that subject). Hence we have no plans at this time to add a code signing option.
