Current behavior is that if you right click on a script (in NS Explorer) and click on "Open in New NinjaScript Editor" it will only work if it is not yet open in the current Editor in which case it will just move focus to the right script.
The already open script you can only move by right clicking on the tab name and selecting "Move To New Window". I think this option should stay available but more intuitive behavior for requesting the same from NS Explorer would be to get the open script and move it to the new window - at the moment it gives the impression it doesn't work for open files.
