Hi cpu usage in playback paused

I have noticed under playback, once you connect to playback and you are still paused, CPU usage seems to go very high.

Even when connecting to a live feed such as NT Broker I would expect there to be higher CPU usage but that is almost 0%. Playback seems to get sluggish on the UI as well, not sure if it is related.

Just a follow-up, after exiting playback going to NT Broker and returning to playback, I tried to then close the Playback again. The light went out on the manage but the Playback Dialog stayed up. I tried to open NT Broker again and it said Playback was still active and wouldn't connect.

Shortly there after the entire application froze. Had to kill the task. The CPU usage was at 0% not the high utilization (18% on my system), don't know if that is another clue as to what could be going on.

I'm able to intermittently reproduce on my PC as well. Working on isolating and opened up this issue: NTEIGHT-8174
