Same issue with NT7 still exists with NT8,

I was under the impression that the Point & Figure chart would not redraw the bar on session breaks with NT8.

However same issue as NT7, that mad so many PnF Charters upset. See image, on a 3 box reversal at no time should I see a two box line.

From the Data Series window, there is a new "Break EOD" option which is defaulted to true. Disable this option and reload your chart and let us know if that corrects your charts.

Glad to see the option

After loading I unchecked refreashed data and even replayed the data back over the time. No luck, still shows typical PnF Error.

If it helps, I created a bar type in NT7 that fixes the issue called SodyPointAndFigure found here:

Also the issue is in this line of code:

if (bars.Count == 0 || (IsIntraday && bars.SessionIterator.IsNewSession(time, isBar)))

I would suggest adding another bool to this line in reference to the EOD check mark.
