    Demo NT7

    The demo is not working under 7? Under 6.5 it is working.
    Well, it is working but i can't get any contracts for adding. It's just blank.

    Unfortunately, I don't understand what the issue is at this point. Can you elaborate a bit on what you're trying to accomplish and what result you receive?

    Please also tell me which version of NinjaTrader you're using (Help > About) and who your data provider is.

      I'm using zenfire/ninjatrader 7.0 for demo/testing. When connected (file-connect- my ''new'' made connection) (the setup connection is correct) a can't add contracts.(tools-instrument manager) It says 0 instruments and all fields are blank.

      Under Ninjatrader 6.5 demo i could add/delete/edit instruments.

      I hope things are clarified

        1.) At the top of the Help > About menu, you'll find the NinjaTrader version listed. The version would be 7.0.0.X. I need to know what specific version you use.

        2.) Are you saying that the list on the right side of the Instrument Manager menu is blank?

          1: version 7.0.0.23


          2: All fields are blank. The right one (available master instruments) and the left one (instrument list.)

          I am connected. Left lower corner is green and says connected Zen-Fire

            Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

            In the message, please include the following:
            1.) A link to this forum thread.

            2.) Your most current trace file.
            You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
            Today's file will be named 'trace.20101129.txt'.
