Kinetick and ninja 7

I seem to be having problems when it comes to ninja 7 and kinetick. This happens randomly, but when i start ninja, it gets stuck when it's trying to load a 6e chart, therefore none of the charts load....

If i close ninja, and restart, I get this message for every single instrument thats being loaded..

Please send your Log & Trace files for the most recent data of this occurrence. We will need to look for what may have taken place that could have lead to this issue.

You can send them through the NinjaTrader platform by going to Help > Mail to Support…
