TT Credit for NT7

Hello,

Do I still need to exit NT7 after purchasing the TT credit so as to have it updated on the NT account? Many thanks.

Hello pipal,

Can you please go to Control Center-->Help-->NT Account and check if the recently purchased TT credits are reflected. If not, please click Report and check if the available credit is updated.

If this is not the case, please restart NinjaTrader and check if the purchased TT credits are added.

Thanks Jason. I tried yesterday, to purchase TT credits while trading live as the credit is nearly used up. Like NT6.5, the credit balance will not be updated on NT account unless I exit NT7, and restart. It's just not convenient to exit NT7 when the credits are all used up while trading live.
