Bug: Save new ATM Startegy while Strategy running.

I've had this crash a couple of times now.

I think the sequence to recreate it is:

1) From the chart trader (this may not matter) have an existing AMT strategy working (the entry has been filled and the OCO exits are working in the market).

2) Now click the little edit the ATM Strategy button (the button with the three little dots).

3) Now edit something like adding a Custom Auto breakeven (I dont think it matters what you edit).

4) Now right click in the ATM Strategy dialog and launch Manage ATM Strategy Template dialog.

5) Save the edits under a new name.

6) Now we get the "NT must shut down message" either when we close ATM Strategy dialog or we try to apply the new ATM Strategy.

OK. Since this caused me to have to exit and restart NT to fully recover, I'll see if I can duplicate it using Replay and try to further isolate it before I start sending you any files.
