No historica data for ES and FESX

I do not get historical data for Eurex products and the ES. I use a TT Fix connection.
Any issues?

EUREX instruments and ES should be available to you.

Are you seeing any error messages either as pop-up windows or in the Log tab of the Control Center?

No messages. First I had historical data for the FESX, but nothing for the ES. I did a Reload all and lost all hist. data. Just a minute ago I closed NT and started again. Now I get hist. data. Perhaps it was a short issue with the hist. data server.

I'm not aware of any issues with the historical data servers, but I'll ask development to double-check the servers status.

To confirm, since rebooting, all is well?

All well, but I did no reboot only closed and have started Ninja again.
