Kinetick data error (NT 23.0.07)

Hi,

I recently switched to Kinetick data provison,when I first start NT, I can retrieve data just fine, and the feeds work but have found that the data feeds simply stop updating after a period of time, even though NT is showing the green "connected" box to Kinetick.

A typical trace file extract is shown below - can you advise what's wrong please? I didn't have this problem with the barchart.com data feed.

You'll find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file I need will be named 'trace.20101118.txt'.
