    Market Data Problem

    Hello,

    i use zen-fire data. For e.g. YM and ZN i can't get realtime ticks any more. ES and HQ are still working? Is this a known problem?

    Thank you for your note.

    There were some changes to the symbol mapping in the beginning of October for Zen-Fire users.

    Please use the steps I have provided below to resolve the issue. First please upgrade to NinjaTrader 7.0.0.23 at the link I have provided below:





    Next reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:
    • Disconnect
    • Tools
    • Options
    • Data tab
    • Reset Instruments
    • Restart NinjaTrader
    • Remove YM and ZN from your Default list and put them back in
    • Connect
    Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.
