    order problem

    I'm running NT 70022 in sim mode only. The other night I noticed there was a short ZN order running (which I don't remember placing). I closed it out with a long, and shut down for the evening. When I started up in the morning, The long was still running, and there was no record of the short. Is this the result of a corrupted database--also does this happen in live trading? Chart attached; my close is shown about 2AM. -Bruce

    Hello Bruce,

    I am not sure what caused it to occur. Can you please send me your log file for the date in question. You can find log files at the following location.

    Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20101112 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

    Please send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header and reference this forum thread.
