Hello XXtrem,
Thank you for your post.
Commission values can be defined for each connectivity provider per instrument and per instrument type.
Commission values are used in the following order:
- From the instrument if a commission value has been defined else
- From the instrument type if a commission value has been defined else
- No value is used since none have been defined
Please follow the instructions below to define commission values per instrument type:
- From within the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
- Select the tab "Commission"
Please follow the instructions below to define commission values per instrument:
- From within the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Instrument Manager
- Double click on the instrument you wish to add a commission value for
- Click on the "Misc" tab

Hello XXtrem,
Commission can be included in your PnL calculations provided you have correctly configured NinjaTrader.
Ensure that 'Apply commission to PnL calculations' is enabled under Tools > Options > General tab.
Unfortunately, NinjaTrader does not calculate the spread.
Finally, could you clarify for me what you mean by "1 offset ticksize = to currency one pips?"CameronNinjaTrader Customer Service

XXtrem,
A tick and a pip share the same definition, the smallest price change that a given exchange rate can make, consider this a 1-to-1 relationship.
With NinjaTrader 7 you can use the Ruler Drawing tool. This tools allows you to draw as many rulers as you wish that measures the X and Y values between two selected points. You can also easily measure, get the values and right click to cancel the action should you not wish to maintain the ruler on the chart.
