Tools -> Edit Strategy -> Select Strategy & click OK -> Next
The cursor used to sit in the field "Name" which was editable in v6.5
It is however, greyed out in v7 (RC1).
Renaming the strategy to create a new strategy gave a quick and easy way to do incremental development preserving the old version intact allowing for easy branching and consecuutive version. It no longer works. This is a pain in the backside.
It is true that you can go to the script and copy it and then rename it and then edit it and do a global replace on the name. This can waste a considerable amount of time and is a, seemingly unnecessary, chore especially when you rapidly want to try new ideas and then return to the original then make only the required amendments if any.
Please will you reenable the ability change the strategy name and have it do exactly what it did previously i.e. leave the original intact and create a duplicate with the new name.
