Data for Dec Oil CL 12-10

I have a system running NT 7 RC1 that has the es, tf, 6e, and cl all being collected for replay on a market anaylser. all are for the december contract 2010. On any of the contracts except oil CL I can open a chart and get the current data up to date with a chart as I would expect. However on Oil I get a chart that starts building data as it executes. I can get a chart of historical data with gaps if I change the days data in the data series box to 20 days or more. Any idea of what I might be doing wrong???
