beta 23 pitchfork

I have beta 23 running the exact same strat on my laptop and desktop computers

the strat draws an Andrewspitchfork on both

on the laptop the pitchfork lines are labeled 0% 50% and 100% on the laptop....not on the desktop

I do not want the labels

how do I get rid of them on the laptop?

why are they not consistent to both machines?

ATI user, please right-click the pitchfork and uncheck the box that says "show text" and then click apply. Did you by chance change the defaults for the pitchfork drawing?

on the laptop, the Properties dialog for Andrew's Pirchvork does not have 'Show Text' option ....only 'AutoScale' and 'Standard Pitchfork'

your suggestion does work on the desktop Vista machine with net framework 3.5...but not on laptop even after installing 4.0 net framework

ATI user, can you please check again that you are using B23 on both computers? I have both .NET 3.5 and .NET 4 installed on my laptop, and the Show Text option is shown and can be disabled.

note difference in dialog between this post and laptop post above....same beta 23 code

that is why I wondererd if the difference is .net framework or the vista/win7

The difference here is the screen size.

The dialog window is not long enough to display the option.

What screensize is the laptop?

the laptop is actually a netbook with 1024 x 600 resolution

there is more room on the bottom of the screen however NT is limiting the size of the dialog

once dialog is maximized then Show Text is visible....turning it off solved problem...thanks

can I assume then that setting the defaults in the dialog will also apply Modified Schiff if I like?

Yes this is a correct assumption.

Minimum PC Requirements

• Minimum PC Requirements
• Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows Server 2003 Operating System *
• Minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768

You can see with out above Minimum PC requirements the netbook does not meat the minimum screen resolution therefor some windows will not appear as you would expect.

There is no other workarounds that I'm aware of other then running NinjaTrader on a PC that meets the minimum PC requirements.
