    Hello rahmanzr,

Unfortunately there is no ETA yet when this will be fixed.

Please note that the issue is related to 64 bit only. I suggest to run NinjaTrader in 32 bit for now.

The wording of the bulletin is a little confusing, so please clarify that what I have inferred is indeed correct:

That if you are located in the USA, it IS OK to use Zenfire 64 with NT7????

Yes rahmanzr, this is possible - both versions would be installed 32 and 64 bit NT7.

                  Hello,

This will be resolved, please check back in to the below thread which will be updated as soon as it is resolved.

Remember this is our Beta Product and a newly added beta 64 adapter, therefor there may be down time while we resolve a bug.

                  Thanks for your patience.

What is the best way for 64-bit users to run 32-bit in the meantime, with out jumping through too many hoops?

Ninjatrader _Bertrand said something about this in post #5 below, but it is very terse. not sure if he means that 64bit and 32 bit both initialy install, or whether you must install 32 bit seperately in addition.
I don't have 64 bit yet, Iv'e bought all the parts to build a 64 bit machine, but it was largely to take advantage of 64 bit ZenFire so there is no hurry now.

It looks as though both are doeable, but how do I switch back to 32-bit?

                            Hello Bharrell,

Have you tried starting the 32-bit version of NinjaTrader 7? What issues are you having? If you are getting any error messages what do they say exactly?

I have windows 7 64 bit platform and I have used both the 32-bit NT and the 64-bit NT. When you install NT for 64 bit, you automatically get both versions of NT even if you don't immediate see that it has been installed. They are separate programs and the version is identified in the Help About menu or by hovering the mouse over the icon. Please look in your All Programs menu on Windows 7 if you do not see both programs on your desktop. The 32-bit NT runs fine on Windows 7.

The two version of NT share the same settings so literally there is nothing for you to do except double click on a different program also called NT and you are up and running.
