We have identified an issue with the underlying API used to implement the Zen-Fire 64-bit adapter. We advise any non US user not to use the 64-bit Zen-Fire connection until further notice.
Impacted:
- NinjaTrader 7 users
- Users with non US regional PC settings using 64-bit Zen-Fire connection
Implications:
- Possible rejected orders due to invalid stop price formatting
- If an order is rejected, users will no longer be able to connect to their account (both 32-bit or 64-bit) for the current trading session
Note: This does not impact exclusive users of Zen-Fire 6.5 or version 7 32-bit.
You can check your NinjaTrader version by going to the Control Center > Help > About. If you are on 64-bit it will explicitly state it, otherwise it is 32-bit.
