Processor problems

I have a problem with flickering icon on my desktop whenever I move my cursor over the charts (3 of them)
Control alt delete shows that my processor goes from 20- 75% whenever my cursor is over my charts ( global cursor).
I have tried setting all my indicators to calculate at end of bar to change it but nothing changes.
Yes I have also turned it off and on again.
please help!

Thank you for your post.

When the display fickers it is usually a consequence of a graphics card that is less than capable of support the refresh/paint rate that is required from tracking (global cursor) on multiple charts simultaneously. Also, do you have any other workspaces that are open running in the background?

Try pairing down the total number of charts in this & all other workspaces & see if this issue persists.
