    data not updating realtime

    Support,

    I am using NT 7 beta with zenfire and I see when I open a new YM chart,it plots the chart with the most recent data,but from then on the chart doesn't get updated in realtime.




    The same zenfire connection in NT 6.5 updates realtime,so it may not be a problem with zenfire acct. Is there any problem in NT 7 beta with respect to ym?

    Please see the following link:



    You need to make sure you are on the most recent release of NT V7.0.0.23 RC1. You can check your version under Help--> About

    Once you're on the most recent version, please reset your instruments.

    To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

    If you still have issues, you will need to ensure that the Zen-Fire symbol mapping is set to YM|CBOT as per the link above.
