    Data missing, chart scrunched up

    Hi,
    I opened my workspace this morning only to find the charts missing some or all of yesterday's data and the trade markers hanging in no man's land! I have ES data showing only as far as to 1030hrs and 6E with only 4 bars on a 500V chart, both for yesterday Nov 1.
    I am on NT7 b22 and "Record for market replay" option is always on.

    NO Data on NT 6.5 either from 22.40 pm yesterday. Which was about 1/2 hr after I switched off for the night.OZ time. till when I started at 18.20 today. Very unusual
    Stuffs my charts up big time.

      Data missing

      Same problem here. I am using NT6.5 When I logged on this morning my time (I am in Europe), and open any chart it ends at 0:30am EST, and then starts again at 2:41am when I logged in thus there is gap of missing chart data for 2 hours. Weird. I closed NT fully, re-opened it but it gave me the same result.

      Anything wrong with ZenFire or what gives? Please help or explain as I certainly do not want to end up in a situation where I am trading and suddenly the data feed stops.

        Problem getting worse

        Just when I thought it couldn't possibly get worse ..

        Now when I open or refresh my chart I lose, yes lose all previous historical data!!!! Open a new chart of DAX for example and you only get a single bar/candle on the chart even though you have it set to load up upto 3 days back.
        Please have a look into this, not looking good at all.

          Unfortunately there are issues with our historical data server at the moment. We are trying to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

            The issue has been resolved.


            Can you please restart NinjaTrader and re-connect to your connectivity provider.

            Subsequently you should be able to load historical data again.

                Thank you. Will restart/reconnect after market close. Will post if issues still persist.
