    Historical data issue

    I have been using NT7 over the last months on a SIM license, This morning I purchased a live license and applied it to NT7. I restarted NT7. When my charts loaded, they were missing the data from midnight to the time I restarted NT7. The 'reload all historical data' is grayed out. My template is set to 24/7. Is there any way to load the historical data for this morning?

    You can ignore this post. I restarted my machine and reloaded NT7 and all is correct. Should have thought of that first before I posted.

    Hello thepcmd,

    Can you please tell me to what connectivity provider you connect in NinjaTrader. Could it be the provider does not provide historical data for the instrument/period type selected in the chart?

    Try the following. Disconnect/re-connect your connectivity provider in NinjaTrader and check if you can reload historical data once re-connected.
