Just now (Saturday), I changed one of the parameters on one of the indicators, in hopes of getting a different display on the historical data being displayed.
After clicking on "OK" in the Indicators configuration screen, NinjaTrader hung.
I notice that the Control Center now says "Loading data... ES 12-10".
The control center will not allow me to press "Abort" since the Indicator configuration screen is still present (I just get the bell sound when I click on "Abort".)
The indicator condiguration screen will not go away (I've tried clicking on the "Close" button and the red "x" in the upper right corner, and "OK" -- none of these help because Ninja is still "Loading data".)
It's been hung like this for 2+ hours and it still says "Loading data". Probably because ZenFire is offline on Saturday.
Suggestion: How about adding a timeout on the "Loading data"? If it doesn't complete in some reasonable amount of time, how about automatically aborting it and releasing any threads that are waiting for the data?
