Data freezing

HI all

I have a problem that seems to get worst. I am trading on a simulated account with AMP-Zen Fire.

When the market encounters volatility NT freeze sometimes for a few seconds sometimes more. It happens many many times a day now which is really frustrating.

Have any of you encountered such behavior and what could be the solution..?

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your most current trace file.
You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20101028.txt'.
