Error: modifying the quantity in the basic entry window

In the basic entry window I left click in the remaining cell to modify the quantity. Overwrite the number, press Enter and nothing happens. Eventually after clicking here and there at other places or on buttons to let the focus be elsewhere, NinjaTrader modifies the order, but when I press Enter, it doesn’t.

    Hello Arpad,

    Thank you for your post.

I have tested this on my end and am unable to reproduce the issue you described. Can you please tell me what version of NinjaTrader you currently have installed by going to Help-->About. If you do not have NinjaTrader 7.0.0.22 installed please upgrade at the link I have provided below.

If the issue persists please test this on the next release of NinjaTrader 7 and let me know if you are able to reproduce the issue.

      Always the latest: 7.0.0.22
When you have a pending limit order, it can be seen in a list at the top of the basic entry window. Here, if you left mouse click in the ‘Remaining’ column, a blinking cursor will appear. Now press the button ‘Delete’ or ‘Backspace’ and type in a new number. The cursor is still blinking. Now you want to set it and leave that field. What can you do? Nothing. If I press Enter, nothing happens. If I mouse click ONCE outside the entry field, nothing happens. I have to click more times to leave the entry field and let my modification accepted.

      Please try this way.

        Hello,

I have tested this and when hitting Enter after changing the Remaining Quantity the order is then modified as expected. Do you happen to have another PC to test this on to see if you are able to reproduce.

I'm sorry, I only have one PC.
I am sure you have several one :-)) and I bet many of them have NinjaTrading running on it. :-)))

May I ask that one of your colleagues test this on an other PC?
Thank you very much indeed. ;-)

Unable to import indicators on Ninja7 RC1

http://screencast.com/t/YUYxCxinvNzc http://screencast.com/t/iCfybJGjaf http://screencast.com/t/xXxpw8xpNAaG I hope these screenshots help explain my inability to inport indicators since installing RC1. I went so far as to remove every non-standard indicator, leaving only the standard supplied indicators, and I still can't import new ones. If you wish, you can reply to [email protected], and I will reply with my phone number if needed.
