Kinetick + Ninja not starting feed on market open

I've have this happen to me about 50% of the time:

If I leave Ninja connected to Kinetick over night, in the morning when the market opens again, it will not start the feed and strategies do not run.

Sometimes this happens when connecting Kinetick to Ninja 5 minutes before market opens.

I don't know if it's Ninja or Kinetick - but once I reconnect kinetick (after market opens) it works.

This is a problem if your strategy relies on the taking a position on exactly market open.

1.) Which version of NinjaTrader 7 are you using specifically? (Help > About)

2.) On the occasions when this does occur, do you receive any error messages as pop-ups or in the Log tab of the Control Center?

3.) Can you think of any differences between those times when things function as expected and when they do not?

Hi I'm using beta 7 build 22. There are no popup messages, nothing in the log or trace files at the time of market open. It's just dead. I've tested 5 market open days so far, and it's happened 3 out of the 5 times.

As far as I can tell there's nothing in common other than maybe leaving the connection open overnight. I've tried restarting ninja in the morning and starting fresh, and I still had the problem.

Also I always connect to my broker first (IB), then Kinetick. I've set the historical datafeed for IB to be disabled, and the backup to be Kinetick. There is no backup datafeed set for IB.

Which session templates are you using in your charts?
To check, right click in the chart and select Data Series.

I'm using the default session templates for ES and NG, the RTH in both cases.

Thanks for the clarification.

I believe that you're running in to a known issue with 7.0.0.22. Would it be possible to add a chart which uses the 'Default 24/7' template to your workspace?

What I'm looking to confirm is that when the RTH charts do not update, the Default 24/7 chart will.
