Problem in using "Split Factor" in "Chart"

Dear Sirs,

I'm using Ninjatrader v7.0.0.22 64-bit version, using Yahoo connection.

Ticker "BIDU" has a 1:10 split on 12 May 2010.

I use "Instrument Manager" to edit the "Split Factor" of the ticker, is it set Factor to 10 for the 1:10 split?

I set the split Factor and update, however, the "Chart" still cannot display properly.

Is there any other setting I need to do?

Hello Robert,

Can you please restart NinjaTrader and create a new BIDU chart. When I test it on my end, historical data is adjusted after updating splits and dividends.

The factor of 10 is correct as per the split on 5-12-2010.

Hi Jason,

Tested, but the chart still the same, just showing the origional price of the stock, not showing the "Adjusted Price".

Please ensure you reload your data to remove any old chart cache.
