Cannot plot charts of ICE contracts (eSignal feed)

Hi,
I am trying to plot charts of ICE contracts, say Brent and GasOil in NT7 but the charts are always empty. I can plot charts from all other exchanges except ICE - I suspect this may have something to do with the month ordering syntax in eSignal but I am unsure.
If anyone has managed to achieve this I would be exceptionally grateful if you could let me know how.

Yes, I am able to view the charts in both eSignal and MarketDelta - just cannot seem to figure out how to view them in NT7. NT6.5 was fine too.

Can you provide an example of the symbol you would use in eSignal to access this instrument?

BRN 1F-ICE
GAS 1F-ICE

Can you clarify for me whether the '1F' portion of this symbol translates to a front month?

Yes. It is the front month.

According to the information in eSignal's product database, the settings shown in the attached images should be what you need to use.

Unfortunately, my testing account isn't authorized for these instruments, so I was unable to confirm that these settings function. Please put the settings in to place, then let me know whether or not data is available.
